The location was fantastic with beautiful views and friendly staff. The room offered comfort but showed its age, needing a deep clean in some areas. Despite a noisy heater and minor maintenance issues, the experience felt warm and inviting overall.

This place suits me perfectly with its comfy bed, flat-screen TV, and warm gas fireplace. On my first stay, the staff were super helpful and gave great tips about the town. I’m coming back for Christmas!

I really loved how clean my room was after a busy day exploring the nearby Big Bear Marina, just a short stroll away, as well as being in close proximity to the vibrant Village shops and eateries, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals and local culture.

The location is prime, just a hop away from some tasty spots like Evergreen Restaurant and Big Bear Lake Brewing Company.

But listen, the room needed some serious TLC. The walls were thin, so you hear a lot more than you bargained for. And don’t even get me started on the fireplace – what a tease. it barely worked!

I enjoyed a cozy stay in the Studio Spa Bath. The kitchenette was well-equipped for meals. Location was excellent, just a short walk to the village. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the extra touches like popcorn.

However, the overall condition of the place is quite run down. The mattress caved in, making for uncomfortable nights, and the pool was closed for repairs. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with dust throughout the room and no maid service during our stay. A lack of amenities, like outdated bedding and missing kitchen supplies, further contributed to a disappointing experience. Plus, the noise insulation is nearly non-existent, so you often hear every move from neighboring rooms.

We had a spacious room with a great spa tub. The kitchenette was super handy. it actually had everything you need—microwave, fridge, and all the cooking stuff. Pretty cool extra touches like popcorn & snacks. The bed was comfy and the room had a nice feel to it overall. Just a heads up that it could use a ceiling fan for the summer heat. But really, a great setup right in the heart of Big Bear!
